A great home on a cul de sac street. This home is a great location within minutes from Emory/Dekalb Farmers Mkt/City of Decatur inside 285 in Avondale Estates with low county and no city taxes. One the cusp of the higher demand areas without the cost of City taxes. This home has been and will continue to be a great investment due to location, quality of stick built construction, topgraphy and tree lined street and forest surround views, cul de sac, and professional neighbors. 35%+/- of the owners are orginal owners which indicates that the owner's realize that it is a good investment, location, and well built homes for the money spent and has owner retention and pride of ownership which shows. I did not want to sell since I loved this house and if my new relationship did not prove to work out, I would move back. If I did not own 12 other properties I would keep it, but 9 of the rentals I own has been zoned commercial and I feel if I am not going to live in the home, this is the one that I have to let go for the sake of what could be a better investment for me for a retirement fund in the same zip code that this home has helped me obtain. Check it out and experience the same charma that I have, a great place to live, investment, space, privacy, low utility bills due to the quality of construction, two car garage inside 285 for less than $250 for a home that is newer and not built in 1960's. Vaulted ceilings, master on main, formal living room, eat in kitchen, seperate dining room, den, attic storage, hardi plank exterior, newer roof/furnace, least expensive in the zip code, inside 285 and I could go on and on.
